We at Tidstrands hope you love our blankets as much as we do, but if you want to return or exchange an item, this applies:
Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. According to the Distance and Home Selling Act, you as a customer have 14 days to cancel your purchase after you have received your item.
In order for us to accept the return, the blanket must be unused and still have the labels in its original packaging. Otherwise, the return may be refused.

You will receive your refund (excluding shipping) via the same payment method used for your purchase. It may take up to 14 days from the date you return your product until you receive your refund.
Unfortunately, Tidstrands Yllefabriker AB cannot administer exchanges. Return the ordered item by following the instructions above. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you want a different item, please place a new order.
We do our best to ensure that your goods are in perfect condition. If, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us a picture where we can clearly see the defect. Send the picture attached in an email to info@tidstrands.se.
We will get back to you as soon as possible. Your application should be made immediately when you discover the error.
